Shipping and Returns

Applies to U.S. shipments

All orders ship via USPS or UPS, FedEx to United States residences. Orders weighing less than 16 ounces are mailed USPS First Class. All others are mailed via USPS Priority shipping unless we are contacted prior to shipping. Orders made on weekdays will be shipped within 3 business days.

Delivery Time

USPS delivery time is 1-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder, or send us an email: info@aionnaturals.com
Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.

Applies to International shipments

All items ship via USPS or UPS, FedEx. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. USPS and UPS, FedEx delivery time is between 1-3 weeks unless expedited services are purchased at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS or UPS, FedEx tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder before emailing: info@aionnaturals.com. Once your order has shipped, please use your tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

What is your return policy? 

We offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or exchange.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
• Returned items must be unopened and returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of tampering
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
