Join us Saturday, Dec. 17 for an evening Sound Bath with Kelly Jean at 5:30pm. Kelly Jean will begin with group breathing which will lead into a deeply meditative sound bath.
“Group experiences have the potential to be very transformative. Clearing, connecting and creating healing vibrations together, with a variety of sacred sounds and healing tools.
Some of the sounds you will experience are: 32 inch symphonic gong, crystal singing bowls, harmonium, shruti box, ocean drum, rain stick, steel tongue drum, buffalo drum, rattles, koshi bells and vocals.
Space is limited to create a safe and beautiful healing container.”

The event will be 75 minutes. Please bring a yoga mat or cushion, there will be a few chairs available.
