Qigong is an ancient Asian system of health and self-development, characterized by slow, circular, and repetitive movements that invoke a sense of inner peace and relaxation. In this class, you'll learn to cultivate and manage high-grade energy with a special emphasis on intention, alignment, and Taoist "natural breath." This practice builds strength, grace, and calm, and is suitable for all levels.
